Cold Caller Qualifiers

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
Introduce our insurance services in a professional and friendly manner
Qualify leads and gather customer information
Set appointments for licensed agents or sales team
Follow call scripts while keeping conversations natural
Update CRM and notes after each call
Meet daily and weekly call targets

Requirements:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
Excellent English speaking skills
Neutral accent preferred
Confident, persuasive, and professional on calls
Able to handle rejection and objections
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Headset and computer/laptop required

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (PST hours)
