About the Role:
We are a highly competitive real estate wholesaling business looking for a driven and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong cold calling skills and experience in outbound lead generation and lead management. Advanced English communication skills are required.
We are a cutthroat operation—all expectations must be met. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and improve daily.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling homeowners and prospects to generate motivated seller leads
Texting sellers to build rapport and generate leads
Managing and qualifying leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Following up with warm leads and setting appointments
Handling objections and negotiating with sellers
Assisting in transaction coordination and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in wholesaling real estate
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proven success in cold calling and lead generation
Ability to learn and use GoHighLevel CRM (prior experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High level of competitiveness and a growth-driven mindset
