Real Estate Lead Conversion Specialist / Appointment Setter

We are ResolvedRES, a U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on fix & flip, wholesale, and off-market property opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is not just a “cold caller.” We need a sharp lead conversion specialist who can help us turn paid seller leads into real appointments.

A big part of this role is working our PPL leads. These are paid motivated seller leads, so speed and follow-up matter. When a new lead comes in, we need someone who can move quickly, call, text, follow up, qualify the seller, and book clean appointments for our acquisitions team.

Your job is simple:

Make sure every good lead gets worked properly, no opportunity gets wasted, and our acquisitions/dispositions team has the information they need to make an offer or find the right exit strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

* Call new PPL leads as quickly as possible
* Convert motivated sellers into appointments
* Follow up through calls, SMS, and voicemail when needed
* Ask good questions about the property, seller motivation, timeline, price, and condition
* Properly update leads inside the CRM
* Create tasks and reminders so no lead falls through the cracks
* Help determine if a lead should go to acquisitions, wholesale, disposition, or follow-up
* Pre-frame sellers for the next call with our acquisition manager
* Help reduce no-shows by confirming appointments properly
* Stay organized, consistent, and aggressive with follow-up

This is a good fit if you:

* Have experience calling U.S. homeowners or real estate leads
* Know how to set appointments, not just make calls
* Can stay calm and professional with sellers
* Are fast, organized, and detail-oriented
* Understand that follow-up is where a lot of deals are made
* Can write short, natural SMS messages
* Are comfortable using a CRM
* Know when a lead needs to be escalated quickly
* Care about quality conversations, not just dial count

Bonus if you have experience with:

* Real estate wholesaling
* Motivated seller leads
* PPL or inbound seller leads
* RESimpli, CallTools, PropStream, Freshsales, or similar tools
* Buyer outreach or disposition support
