Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented ACA Insurance Representatives to join our team. The primary responsibilities include cold-calling qualified prospects, conducting medication and provider checks to ensure eligibility, and transferring qualified leads to our enrollment team. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in leadership projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cold-call qualified prospects to introduce ACA insurance solutions.
• Verify medication and provider information to ensure plan compatibility.
• Assess customer needs and determine eligibility for ACA plans.
• Transfer qualified and interested clients to the enrollment team.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates.
• Assist in developing and refining SOPs for operational efficiency.
• Contribute to leadership projects, offering insights and innovation to improve processes.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service (ACA experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage cold-calling efforts with a focus on customer engagement and success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Leadership or management experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
• Licensed insurance agent preferred but not required (willing to obtain licensure).
