StoryGen (storygen.agency) is a fast-growing B2B outbound lead generation agency helping SaaS and tech companies build consistent, scalable sales pipelines through strategic cold calling.

We work closely with fast-growing companies to turn cold conversations into qualified meetings and real revenue opportunities. As demand continues to grow, we’re expanding our outbound team and looking for experienced Cold Callers / SDRs / BDRs who are confident on the phone and motivated by results.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping clients generate pipeline through outbound cold calling.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Making high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects daily
- Speaking directly with decision-makers and qualified prospects
- Navigating objections professionally and confidently
- Booking meetings for client sales teams
- Keeping CRM records updated and organized
- Sending follow-ups and confirmations to improve show rates
- Following proven outreach frameworks while keeping conversations natural
- Collaborating with teammates to improve messaging and campaign performance
- Helping maintain a smooth handoffs between prospects and clients

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, coachable, and comfortable handling real-time conversations.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, SDR, or BDR roles
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to meet activity and booking targets consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Organized with strong CRM management habits
- Quick thinker who can adapt naturally during conversations
- Familiarity with Slack, Coda, Calendly, HubSpot, and Nooks (or similar sales/operations tools) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- USD 1,000 monthly base pay
- Uncapped commissions
- Fully remote setup
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
