We're growing fast and looking for a confident, friendly cold caller to help us connect with business owners and book appointments for our team.

What You'll Do
1. Call small business owners in the United States
2. Introduce WebItBetter and our website redesign service
3. Book discovery calls for our sales team
4. Follow up with interested prospects
5. Update CRM with call notes and outcomes

What We're Looking For

1. Strong spoken English
2. Clear and confident phone presence
3. Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or sales experience preferred
4. Comfortable speaking with business owners
5. Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation

1. Hourly pay based on experience
2. Performance bonuses available
