Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Home Service Contractors (US)

We're looking for a confident, energetic cold caller to set appointments
for a US-based digital marketing agency. You'll be calling local home
service contractors (concrete companies, fence contractors, landscapers)
across the United States to introduce our website and marketing services
and book them for a short demo call with our founder.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Make outbound cold calls to pre-loaded leads (we provide everything)
- Qualify prospects and book appointments directly into our calendar
- Log all call activity and notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Send follow-up texts/emails to prospects who don't answer

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- All leads scraped and loaded into GoHighLevel CRM
- Dedicated US phone number
- Full training on our offer and target market
- Scripts and objection handling guides

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience (required)
- Advanced English — clear, confident phone voice is a must
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Able to work US Central or Eastern business hours

PAY STRUCTURE:
- $350/month base for 20 hours/week
- $15 bonus per appointment that shows
- $50 bonus for every deal we close from your appointments
