Coaching Lead Generation

Expanding marketing agency looking to recruit a VA to manage and execute on monthly lead generation tasks — specifically sourcing online coaches, consultants, course creators, and digital experts.

Pay will be $100 per month for:

- Researching and sourcing ---------- qualified leads (online coaches, consultants, and experts) from Instagram, Youtube, X, and other advertising platforms

Plenty of room for advancement and long-term employment if you're hard working and efficient. Looking for people who value teamwork, focus, and precision.

Skills required:
- Excellent English is a MUST (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Google Sheets & Docs
- Prior experience identifying and sourcing online coaches, course creators, consultants, or digital experts is required — you must understand what makes someone a qualified lead in the online education/coaching space
- Ability to follow instructions and SOPs with high detail

Technical requirements:
- Laptop/Computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac)
- Fast and reliable internet connection

Job roles include but are not limited to…

- Using Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Manually sourcing qualified leads (coaches, consultants, experts) from recommended platforms
- Following our lead requirements checklist
- Adding lead details (name, IG link, niche, etc.) to our tracker sheet
- Ensuring zero duplicates and high-quality data

You will receive full training, including videos and SOPs on exactly where to find leads and how to add them properly.

2. Briefly describe your experience finding or working with online coaches, consultants, or course creators — to demonstrate your understanding of the space.

Expect a long-term role with plenty of room for growth. Approx 5-10 hours of work per month, depending on your efficiency.
