Clipper for Social Media Content

We’re looking for a video clipper to turn long-form content (interviews, podcasts, YouTube videos, etc.) into short-form clips for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). Will need 40 separate 10-30 second clips per day. Your job is to clip the most interesting parts of the longer form videos provided and add automated captions (very simple tasks). You’ll work 1-2 hours per day. Being able to edit b-roll over dialogue is a huge plus. Please send me any related work that you have done previously.
