Position Overview:
CreditHoods is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Client Support Specialist with strong communication skills and experience in credit repair. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, assist with onboarding, answer questions about their dispute process, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
This position requires confidentiality, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients through chat,
Assist clients with understanding their credit repair process and dispute timelines.
Review client documents and ensure proper uploads into our system.
Update client profiles, notes, and reports in Google Drive / Google Docs.
Follow internal SOPs and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English (verbal & written).
Experience in credit repair (disputes, bureaus, consumer laws, or credit platforms).
Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Drive.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks at once.
Must uphold strict confidentiality regarding all client information.
Required Work Time Frame: 2am-7am or 10am-3pm Eastern
