Why Are We Hiring a Client Success Support?
As our team grows, we need Client Success Support to help maintain high performance, seamless Chatbot support, and operational efficiency. This role requires someone who can anticipate challenges, provide proactive support, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
-AI & Chatbot Management
Utilize AI tools to enhance client support and operational efficiency.
Manage AI chatbots and ensure seamless integration into daily workflows.
Assist in creating and optimizing AI chatbot functions.
Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude is preferred.
-Outsourced Professional Supervision
Monitor tea
Track application and website usage,
Provide real-time feedback and performance monitoring.
Document and track improvement plans with regular follow-ups.
-Productivity Tracking & Compliance
Review productivity using Teramind or other tracking tools.
Prepare and compile monthly performance reports.
Conduct check-ins to ensure compliance with company policies.
-Process Adherence & Coaching
Ensure adherence to established workflows and guidelines.
Provide coaching and corrective guidance as needed.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Reporting & Client Communication
Generate reports on team performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Review end-of-day reports for accuracy and completeness.
Join client calls to explain performance insights and address concerns.
Escalate critical operational issues to the Accounts Manager when necessary.

Timezone: 9 AM - 5 PM PST (12 AM - 9 AM MNL)

Compensation
Fixed Salary Range: $9,600 - $12,000 per year.
