Role Summary
As a Client Success Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure our partners and clients have a seamless onboarding experience and achieve long-term success using our platform.
You will serve as the main point of contact throughout the onboarding journey, guiding clients through setup, answering questions, coordinating with internal teams, and proactively helping them maximize the value of our products and services. Your goal is to build strong relationships, improve client satisfaction, and ensure successful adoption from day one.
What You’ll Do
Lead new client onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth transition after signup.
Guide clients through platform setup, widget installation, and account activation.
Educate clients on best practices and available features to help them achieve success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding questions and support.
Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure clients remain engaged and fully activated.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Development teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
Monitor client progress and identify opportunities to improve adoption and engagement.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding progress, and follow-ups within the CRM.
Build strong, long-term relationships that promote client satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Escalate technical issues or client risks when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
How Success is Measured
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
Number of clients successfully onboarded.
Client activation and adoption rate.
Time-to-activation for new clients.
Client satisfaction and onboarding experience.
Follow-up completion and response time.
Client retention and engagement during the onboarding period.
Accuracy and completeness of CRM documentation.
