We are seeking an experienced Client Success Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial to our company, as it is a client-facing role where you'll primarily focus on handling the client communication and the final stage of the hiring process. To be successful, you need to have the confidence to ask powerful questions, be persuasive and show empathy and high emotional intelligence. This is not an entry-level position, prior experience in client relationship management is required.
This position will be responsible for assisting our clients make a decision and find the right talent for them. Your efforts will impact the long-term relationship we have with our clients. You’ll also check in with potential clients to gauge their interest in future hiring or opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships with new clients by understanding their hiring needs.
Confidently present top candidates, highlighting their strengths and how they add value to the client’s business.
Facilitate client interviews and guide them toward making clear and confident hiring decisions.
Conduct US-based reference checks and identify potential business opportunities.
Maintain proactive communication to keep clients engaged and informed.
Strengthen partnerships by securing client referrals throughout the hiring process.

What you need:
- Just like any job, you need to have the right tools to perform well. That being said, we need you to meet the following requirements to ensure success in this role:
- 1 main computer with at least core i5 processor
- A backup computer with at least core i3 processor
- Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
- At least 5 mbps backup internet service
- An internet hub/cafe nearby that operates during your working hours
