About the Role
You’ll be the bridge between our creative team and our clients — managing communication, making sure projects stay on track, and proactively ensuring client satisfaction. This role starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

Responsibilities
Join onboarding calls to establish strong client relationships
Coordinate project delivery timelines with editors and copywriters
Follow up with clients to gather feedback and revision notes
Order client onboarding gifts and confirm receipt
Proactively flag any client friction or dissatisfaction
Maintain an internal log of response times, project status, and feedback loops
Set up check-in calls with clients if there's been little communication
Weekly Loom recaps summarizing client status

Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (CSM, Account Manager, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, especially written
Comfortable navigating Slack, Loom, ---------- , ---------- , and Google Suite
Can work independently and doesn’t need hand-holding
Emotionally intelligent and knows how to balance empathy with clarity

Expectations
12-24 hour client response time
90% on-time delivery rate for active clients
Aim for 80–90% retention rate over time

What Success Looks Like
30 Days:
Proactively ask Carson how you can be better every day
Join onboarding calls and shadow client interactions
Understand internal team workflows, systems and task tracking
45 Days:
Own client communication and delivery management for 5–7 accounts
Resolve minor feedback loops and track client patterns
Demonstrate reliability and proactive follow-through
