Customer Success Manager (Client Messaging Focus)
What You’ll Do:
– Manage client communication primarily via Slack — you’ll be the friendly, proactive point of contact.
– Handle internal communication with our team to relay client needs, feedback, and priorities.
– Ensure clients feel heard, confident, and clear on what’s happening at all times.
– Keep things moving: follow up with clients for approvals, updates, or info we need.
– Translate updates from our strategist or execution team into client-ready summaries.
– Send weekly updates to clients based on internal reports (you don’t build the reports — just send and explain).
– Troubleshoot simple client questions or concerns before they become issues.
– Schedule calls, summarize conversations, and keep client threads organized and tidy.
You Don’t Need To:
– Execute any
– Know Klaviyo or
– Be on Zoom constantly — most comms are async via Slack, with occasional calls.
– Chase tea
This Role Is Perfect If:
– You’re sharp, reliable, and professional in how you write and present yourself.
– You’re a great communicator and can handle fast-paced Slack environments with ease.
– You enjoy being the “glue” between clients and the internal team.
– You can stay calm, clear, and helpful even when clients are stressed.
– You’re organized and responsive — you don’t let things fall through the cracks.
This will start as a part-time role, with the potential to grow into full-time fast if you’re a great fit.
