Client Success Manager

At Dermis.app, we help skin clinics and medical spa owners grow through software, automation, and marketing services. We work with aesthetics businesses to help them improve patient experience, increase bookings, and scale more efficiently.

We’re growing quickly and are now looking for a reliable, professional Client Success Manager to support our clients throughout their journey with us.

Role Overview

This is a client-facing role focused on onboarding and supporting aesthetic clinics and med spas.

You’ll primarily be responsible for taking Zoom calls with clients using a proven script and framework. The role is structured and straightforward, but requires someone who is articulate, professional, organised, and comfortable speaking with business owners.

Calls You’ll Handle

You’ll typically manage:

1 Onboarding Call — introducing the client to the platform and gathering required information
1 Launch Call — helping the client go live successfully
Success Calls — additional support/check-in calls whenever needed (rarely needed)

Most calls are conducted during UK business hours / late afternoon UK timezone coverage.

What We’re Looking For
Requirements
Fluent English with excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and presence on Zoom
Reliable laptop and high-quality webcam/microphone
Strong internet connection
Organised and dependable
Comfortable following scripts and processes
Clean professional background and work ethic
Bonus Points
Experience working with:
Medical spas
Skin clinics
Aesthetic clinics
SaaS companies
Client success or onboarding
Familiarity with aesthetics treatments, clinic operations, or patient communication
Basic technical understanding of software platforms
