Client Success Manager (Remote)

About Us:
We are a fun and fast-growing marketing startup focused on short-form content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit. To help our team work smarter (not harder!), we’re looking for a skilled Client Success Manager who can help our clients broaden their social media influence, market their profiles and ensure a strong, professional relationship with talented content creators.

Qualifications
• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management or similar role
• Demonstrated success in driving client/talent performance and revenue growth
• Experience with social media content strategy, particularly Instagram (highly preferred)
• Background in modeling, influencer marketing, or talent management (advantageous)

• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Outstanding organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving approach with strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to balance nurturing relationships while driving performance outcomes

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Conflict resolution abilities for managing challenging conversations

Schedule and Availability
• 6-day work week, 6 hours per shift + communication hours (40 hours weekly)
• Flexibility to respond to client inquiries outside regular work hours
• Commitment to providing responses within 15 minutes during coverage periods
• Remote work arrangement with reliable internet connection required

Equipment and Environment
• Must provide own computer and stable internet connection
• Quiet, professional home office environment for video calls with clients
• Appropriate professional appearance for video consultations with clients

Salary:
• $600-$1000+ commission
