- Go above and beyond to ensure that the client receives amazing service
- Inbound and outbound call for customer success.
- Logging customer notes, complaints, and feedback directly to Hubspot and keeping accurate notes and data within HubSpot CRM
- Follow up on any booking requests, unconfirmed appointments (hold requests), and reschedules/to-be-scheduled
- Assist clients with any questions in the portal and with our marketing kit
- Answer phone calls, text, emails, schedule appointments, and advise on services
- Review photoshoots for completion, upload items as necessary, and deliver photoshoots by 10am
- Follow up on any delivery items not delivered by 10am and ensure that they are delivered to the client as soon as possible
- Follow up with each customer after their appointment to ensure they are satisfied. If they are satisfied, we ask for referrals and reviews. If they are not, solve the situation, including editing requests, reshoots, giving credit, and ensuring the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
- Submitting editing requests, floor plan changes/updates, and video editing requests to the appropriate channels and ensure delivery
- Review all orders as they come in, contact agent and make any recommendations or request any additional information as needed
- Review amenity/community photo requests, maintain, and update the community photo library
- Fluency with Amazing Listing Photos’ client portal
- Ensure client profiles are complete in portal
- Archive Matterport weekly
- Send Matterport stats and Zillow 3D tour stats to clients weekly
- Send review requests, update our review systems with new reviews
- Follow up unpaid invoices
- Follow and engage with clients on social media
- Promote our referral program
- Can work remote
- 9:00am - 6pm EST Monday - Friday with 1 hour lunch break
- 9:00 -11am on Saturday AM.
- In this role you will have a general understanding of real estate and photography so you can help us review photo shoots.
