Client Success Assistant - Location Independent Coaching Business

It's our mission to reach more professionals seeking a life of freedom and fulfillment and fulfill our vision of a world full of people living the life they want. That's why we want to hire a Client Success Assistant to help us with the delivery to help our clients succeed.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Client Success Assistant who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about client experience.

What you'll do: Manage client communication and follow-ups via email and DMs, collect intake questionnaires and post-session surveys, maintain and update the client success scorecard weekly, support SOPs creation and maintenance, handle warm outreach including likes and comments on Instagram, assist with follow-ups that our automation tool cannot handle, and keep the client journey organized and running smoothly from onboarding to renewal.

What we need: Strong written English communication skills, experience in a client-facing or virtual assistant role, ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision, high attention to detail and follow-through, reliable internet connection, and someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Hours: 10-15 hours per week.
