In this role, you will be vital in managing client cases, communications, and administrative tasks, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

About You
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Client Services or a similar administrative role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills
Exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent spoken voice and

Exceptional spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
Comfortable answering and making client phone calls.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and the ability to anticipate needs.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Client Communication: Handle client enquiries and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Document Preparation: Assist in preparing legal documents and reports to a high standard.
Email
Filing System: Organise and maintain digital files.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including booking hotels and meeting venues.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Work Schedule
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (London, UK time), with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
