MIN 8 AP ON YOUR REQUEST FOR CONSIDERATION. MIN OF 8-10 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING, OPERATIONS AND/OR A DIGITAL MARKETING ENVIRONMENT. This position is intended to help offload operational, coordination, communication, and project management responsibilities currently being handled by agency leadership.
The right candidate will be capable of helping manage multiple clients, multiple internal stakeholders, and multiple marketing channels simultaneously while ensuring projects, communication, and deliverables continue moving forward efficiently.
This role requires maturity, professionalism, strong communication skills, organization, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
Managing client follow ups and communication
Coordinating action items after client meetings
Helping ensure projects move forward on time
Monitoring Teamwork project management updates
Drafting and organizing client-facing communications
Coordinating with internal tea
Helping track deliverables across SEO, content, social, paid media, podcasting, webinars, and marketing automation initiatives
Assisting with webinar and podcast coordination
Organizing recommendations, notes, approvals, and next steps
Supporting proposal and recommendation preparation
Helping leadership stay focused on growth and strategic initiatives
Following up with vendors, contractors, and tea
Helping identify and prevent items from slipping through the cracks
