Graphic Design Ability
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
Working knowledge of the following systems and platforms:
-Hubspot (CMS)
-ASANA (Project Management)
-Typeform (Surveys & Reports)
-Canva (Design)
-G-suite (Office Administration)
-Slack (Internal Communication)
-Trainual (SOPs and Training)
-Airtable (Business Reporting)
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Building of proposals and templates (including
Administrative onboarding tasks of new contracts
Administrative duties as it relates to Slack,
Generating visual reports for client check-in calls
Being keenly attentive to each contract and the next tasks needing to be completed
Attendance at Client Services Tea
Creating checklists and Client Services SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Client Giftings
Other items as requested by Director of Client Experience and Client Services Training and Project Manager
