Client Sales Representative (CSR) — Dental Patient Appointment Booking (Remote)

About Us
We help dental practices grow by combining AI with a real human touch. Our client clinics use PatientDesk's AI to handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and bookings — and our job is to make sure no patient ever slips through the cracks. When a patient prefers to speak with a real person, that's where you come in. We run a 5-star operation, and we're looking for hungry, driven communicators to be the human voice behind the AI.

The Role
You're the human touch alongside our AI. Our AI handles the bulk of inbound and follow-up conversations for our client clinics — but some patients ask to speak with a real person, or simply respond better to one. When that happens, the lead gets routed straight to you.

Your job: call them back fast, build rapport, answer their questions, handle objections, and book them into the clinic's calendar.
This is not about selling software. You're representing our client dental clinics directly to their patients, following our proven framework — no guesswork, just execution. Your only goal is to get qualified patients booked.

Key Responsibilities
- Call back leads who request a human (or who the AI hands off to you) — quickly
- Build rapport and represent each client clinic as a 5-star operation on every interaction
- Answer patient questions and handle objections with confidence
- Qualify patients and book them into the clinic's calendar
- Keep the CRM (GoHighLevel) updated with accurate lead/patient data
- Hit daily call/outreach KPIs consistently
- Participate in regular training, mock calls, and feedback sessions

Requirements
- Confident, warm communicator — no "umms" and awkward pauses
- Comfortable on the phone and able to put patients at ease
- Coachable and hungry to improve — we give direct feedback and expect you to grow from it
- Able to follow a script naturally and adapt to different patients and situations
- Previous phone, sales, appointment setting, or patient/customer-facing experience (preferred but not required)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (remote position)
- Full-time availability: 6 days/week minimum (Australian or American time zones)
- Optional: 7-day availability for increased compensation

Compensation
6-Day/Week Schedule:
$4/hour base pay
$5 per booked appointment that shows

7-Day/Week Schedule (Optional):
Increased hourly rate for the 7th day
Plus $5 per booked appointment that shows

Time Zones: Australian or American (full-time coverage across both regions)
