The Opportunity

We're searching for a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to connect with, sell, and build solid professional relationships with potential customers in the US market. The ideal candidate will be results-driven with a proven ability to build meaningful customer relationships while confidently communicating our products' value.

While based in the Philippines, your seamless American/British accent training will ensure natural-sounding and clear communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients in the US woodworking and woodturning industry.
• Conduct outbound calls to connect with prospective customers, utilizing excellent communication skills and industry knowledge.
• Develop persuasive sales pitches that highlight our products' features and benefits.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
• Close sales and achieve targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and refine approaches.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress in our CRM system.


Qualifications

• Experience with outbound sales and/or telemarketing is a plus.
• Demonstrable relationship-building skills.
• Proven results in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Ability to present complex information in a persuasive and easy-to-understand way.
• Excellent communication skills and a flawless American or British accent (accent training required).
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Knowledge of Saleloft is a plus
