Client Relationship & Operations Manager

Full-Time Remote Position (Philippines)

Established U.S.-based home service company seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Client Relationship & Operations Manager to become a long-term part of a fast-growing operation.

This is NOT an entry-level virtual assistant role.

We are looking for someone capable of handling real operational responsibility, customer communication, scheduling coordination, follow-ups, organization, and administrative oversight in a fast-paced environment.

If you require constant supervision, struggle with communication, or are uncomfortable taking initiative and ownership, this role will not be a good fit.

We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, highly responsive, and capable of helping maintain structure and organization across multiple moving parts of the business.

## Work Schedule

* Monday through Friday
* 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
* 1-hour lunch break
* 40 hours per week

Applicants MUST be fully available during U.S. Eastern business hours.

This is a real-time operational role, not passive task work.

You are expected to remain online, responsive, and immediately available during working hours for:

* phone calls
* customer communication
* scheduling updates
* internal team coordination
* operational support
* video calls when needed

## Important Communication Requirements

Applicants must be comfortable being on camera and participating in live video calls during work hours.

There will be situations where management or field staff may initiate video calls to:

* discuss live field situations
* review projects in real time
* coordinate customer concerns
* assist crews with active jobsite decisions
* communicate face-to-face regarding operational matters

Professional appearance, communication, and comfort on camera are required for this position.

## Compensation Structure

We are looking for long-term tea ---------- mbers, not temporary freelancers.

Compensation is performance-based with structured growth opportunities.

### Initial Evaluation Period

* Starting pay: $7–8/hour depending on experience, communication skills, and interview performance

* 60-Day Review
* 90-Day Review
* 120-Day Permanent Placement Review

Successful candidates who consistently demonstrate reliability, professionalism, organization, communication, and operational effectiveness will transition into a long-term permanent role earning up to $10/hour full-time, plus performance-based incentives and bonuses.

## Core Responsibilities

### Client Relationship Management

* Answer inbound phone calls professionally
* Respond to customer texts and emails quickly
* Maintain strong customer communication and follow-up
* Assist with scheduling coordination and appointment confirmations
* Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly
* Help maintain a high-end customer experience

### Operations Coordination

* Coordinate calendars, schedules, and field operations
* Organize and track ongoing tasks and follow-ups
* Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records
* Ensure operational details do not fall through the cracks
* Help improve workflows and organization throughout the company
* Coordinate internally with staff and field crews throughout the day

### Administrative & Executive Support

* Assist management with organization and operational oversight
* Track pending items, priorities, and project updates
* Maintain structure, accountability, and communication across departments
* Help management stay organized in a fast-paced environment

### Social Media & Marketing Coordination

* Organize project photos and videos
* Assist with social media scheduling and posting
* Coordinate customer review requests
* Respond to messages and engagement when needed
* Help maintain brand consistency and online presence
