Client Records & Systems Operations Specialist (Wix Portal + Records Infrastructure)

Genesis Elite Consulting is seeking a systems-focused operations specialist to build and maintain our client records portal and backend records infrastructure.

This role is responsible for setting up a secure client login experience using Wix, creating structured upload workflows by tax year and reporting period, and organizing client-submitted records into clean, repeatable backend systems.

This is not a bookkeeping, tax, or advisory role. No interpretation, judgment, or client decision-making is required. The work is execution-only and process-driven, following clearly defined instructions.

Responsibilities include configuring the Wix Members Area, creating private client dashboard pages, adding structured file upload functionality, organizing records by client and tax year, and ensuring all uploads are legible, timestamped, and consistently named.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, system-minded, and comfortable working independently within defined procedures.
