JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Client Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the coordination of custom software, CRM, automation, and website projects for our clients.
• Attending client and internal meetings and documenting requirements, decisions, action items, open questions, and next steps.
• Converting client requests, meeting discussions, and emails into organized project documentation and Jira tasks.
• Tracking project progress and following up with tea ---------- mbers regarding open items, blockers, and deadlines.
• Preparing project status updates and summaries for management.
• Helping maintain project documentation, specifications, implementation plans, and project priorities.
• Supporting communication and coordination between Operations, Engineering, and client-facing staff.

This role is not focused on building software, websites, CRM systems, or automations directly. Instead, the Client Project Coordinator will work closely with the company owner to help organize and coordinate a growing portfolio of client projects. Over time, the ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of each project’s goals, priorities, and requirements so they can help identify missing information, connect related discussions, and ensure projects continue moving forward.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing many moving pieces simultaneously. Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required. Experience coordinating projects is preferred. Experience working in the software, website, CRM, automation, consulting, or technology industries is also preferred, as it will help the candidate understand client requests and communicate effectively with technical tea ---------- mbers.

This is a full-time position. Because this role works closely with our clients and tea ---------- mbers in the United States, candidates must be willing and able to work primarily during United States Eastern Time business hours.

Immediately upon hiring, we honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day. After your 6-month probationary period, you will also qualify for vacation leaves, sick leaves, and 13th month.
