Client Onboarding & Tech VA — Remote (Full-Time)

We're Tripathi Consulting — a growth consultancy helping auto detailing shops across North America scale their high-ticket services (PPF, Ceramic Coating, Tint, Wraps). We build AI-powered marketing and sales systems that generate qualified leads, automate follow-ups, and fill our clients' calendars with $2K–$5K jobs.

We're looking for a Client Onboarding & Tech VA to join our team full-time. This is NOT a task-based VA role — we're looking for someone who wants to grow into a real career inside a fast-scaling agency.

You'll start by owning client onboarding and tech setup, but as you prove yourself, your scope will expand. We invest in our team's development and want you learning, improving, and taking on new challenges every month.

The responsibilities listed here are your starting point — not your ceiling.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

Client Onboarding (Core of the Role)
- Set up new client sub-accounts in GoHighLevel
- Handle A2P registration and domain configuration
- Build out forms, calendars, email systems, and automations from templates
- Ensure every new client is fully set up and ready before their first team call

CRM / GHL Buildouts & Maintenance
- Build and maintain workflows, pipelines, and automations inside GHL
- Troubleshoot issues and keep the backend clean as we scale clients
- Implement updates and improvements across client accounts

Ad Creative Production
- Design ad graphics in Canva using brand templates
- Edit short-form video for ads using CapCut
- Produce creative assets on demand for the media buying team

Internal Ops & Documentation
- Keep ClickUp updated with task progress and daily status
- Record Loom walkthroughs for completed work and new SOPs
- Help document processes so the team can scale efficiently

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong English — written and spoken, clear communication is essential
- Tech-savvy — comfortable learning new platforms quickly (GHL, ClickUp, Canva, CapCut)
- Detail-oriented — every client setup needs to be right the first time
- Self-starter — you don't wait to be told what to do, you figure it out
- Hungry to learn — you want to grow your skills, not just collect a paycheck
- Reliable — you show up every day, hit deadlines, and follow through

TOOLS YOU'LL USE:
- GoHighLevel, Canva, CapCut, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Loom

COMPENSATION:
- $640–$800 USD/month depending on experience
- Pay increases tied directly to performance, skill growth, and expanded responsibilities
- As you take on more, you earn more — we review compensation regularly

GROWTH PATH:
This role is a launchpad, not a dead end:

Start ? Onboarding & Tech VA (client setup, CRM builds, ad creative, internal ops)
3–8 months ? Senior VA / Ops Lead (client management, process ownership, training new hires)
8–15 months ? Operations Manager (department oversight, strategy input, team leadership)

Your responsibilities will grow past this scope as you develop. We challenge our team in new areas and make sure you're always progressing — not plateauing.

HOURS & COMMUNICATION:
- Full-Time, Monday–Friday (flexible within EST business hours)
- All communication via Slack + ClickUp
- Must have fast, reliable internet connection
