Salary: 86,412.13 PHP per month + 5,000 PHP sign-on bonus + quarterly performance bonuses after probation

About us
We are a North American digital marketing agency that works exclusively with lash extension businesses across the United States and Canada. We run paid advertising, lead generation, and end-to-end booking operations for approximately 50 lash studio owners. We cover our clients' ad spend, manage their leads, and book appointments on their behalf — all for a flat weekly fee.

About This Role
This is a full-time remote position that combines two functions: inbound discovery sales and client success management. You will be working directly with our founder and leadership team.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will not be cold calling or doing outbound prospecting. Prospective clients have already expressed interest in our services before speaking with you. Your job is to walk them through what we do, assess whether they are a good fit, and connect qualified prospects with our Lash Growth Specialist for the next step.
Alongside that, you will be managing relationships with our existing clients — answering their questions, reviewing their performance reports on Zoom, handling their concerns, and most importantly, overcoming objections from clients who are frustrated or uncertain. This part of the role requires emotional intelligence, composure, and the ability to stay calm and professional when a client is upset.

Schedule
Monday to Friday

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST)

30-minute unpaid lunch break

Two 15-minute breaks per day
You must be fully available and online during all working hours. Please verify the MST time zone against your local time before applying. Late starts, early finishes, and unexplained absences will not be tolerated.

What You Will Be Doing
Discovery Calls

Get on Zoom calls with prospective clients who have reached out to learn about Swoop Lift
Introduce yourself and explain our services clearly and confidently
Assess whether the prospect is a qualified fit for our program
Book a follow-up call with our Lash Growth Specialist for qualified prospects
Handle any objections the prospect raises calmly and professionally

Client Success Management

Respond promptly and professionally to existing client questions via WhatsApp and other channels
Get on Zoom calls with clients to review their monthly performance reports
Handle client concerns and complaints with empathy and composure
Overcome objections from clients who are frustrated, uncertain, or pushing back
Escalate serious concerns to management through the proper internal process
Keep accurate notes and records on every client interaction


Requirements
English — This Is Non-Negotiable
This role requires a level of English proficiency that is indistinguishable from a native speaker in both spoken and written form. Our clients are North American small business owners. Any accent, grammatical error, or awkward phrasing that makes a client feel they are speaking to someone overseas will damage the client relationship and reflect poorly on Swoop Lift.

You must speak English fluently and clearly with no accent that would be noticeable or distracting to a North American client. You will be on Zoom calls every single day with your camera on.
You must write in flawless English — correct grammar, correct spelling, correct punctuation, and natural phrasing — at a fast typing speed. All client communication is written and must be professional and error-free.
You must be able to produce all written communication yourself without the use of AI writing tools. We test for this during the hiring process and throughout employment. Use of AI to write client-facing messages is grounds for immediate termination.
You must be a fast typist. If your typing speed is below 50 words per minute, this role is not for you.

Other Requirements

You must be comfortable on camera. Every call is conducted on Zoom with your camera on. This is not optional.
You must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet working environment, and a clean professional background for video calls.
You must have strong emotional intelligence. Our clients are small business owners who are often stressed and reactive. You need to stay calm, composed, and empathetic when a client is difficult without taking it personally.
You must have excellent common sense and the ability to make decisions independently. We cannot micromanage every client interaction. You will need to read situations, use good judgment, and handle things on your own without being told what to do.
You must be organized and detail-oriented. You will be managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
You must be a fast learner. We will train you on our services and processes but you are expected to retain information and apply it independently.


What We Are Not Looking For

Candidates who need to be told what to do in every situation
Candidates who use AI to write their responses and pass it off as their own work
Candidates who struggle under pressure or become flustered when clients are difficult
Candidates who are not fully available during the required working hours
Candidates whose spoken or written English requires any effort for a North American to understand

Compensation
Base Salary: 86,412.13 PHP per month

Sign-On Bonus: 5,000 PHP upon successful completion of probation

Quarterly Bonuses: Performance-based, available after probation — details discussed during the interview
