Client-Facing AI / SaaS Implementation Project Manager

Trillet is looking for an exceptional client-facing implementation/project manager to help run AI workflow implementations for US clients. Projects often involve customer support operations, internal workflows, knowledge bases, CRM/ERP coordination, automation, and cross-functional rollout.

This role is for someone who can bring clarity to messy projects: define scope, organize tasks, coordinate technical and client stakeholders, surface risks early, write clear client updates, and keep delivery moving without waiting to be told every next step.

You may be a strong fit if you have personally owned SaaS, IT, automation, ERP, CRM, support-operations, BPO/client-delivery, or software implementation projects; are comfortable with US client calls and written updates in English; can work meaningful overlap with US business hours; have strong project/delivery certifications such as PMP, Scrum/Agile, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Google Project Management, or similar; and are comfortable working directly with a founder and technical team.
