JOB OVERVIEW

**Operations & Client Manager (Remote)**

We are hiring a strong, responsible professional to manage client communication, onboarding, scheduling, and daily operations. This is not a basic assistant role. We need someone organized, proactive, and confident on the phone.

**Responsibilities**

* Handle incoming and outgoing client calls
* Follow up with leads and help close new clients
* Manage full client onboarding process
* Oversee daily schedules and coordinate team tasks
* Track assignments and ensure tasks are completed
* Assist with recruiting and hiring staff
* Provide daily updates to management

**Requirements**

* Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
* Strong phone presence and customer service skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
* Able to manage multiple tasks without supervision
* Comfortable using monitoring software during work hours
* Sales or operations experience preferred

**Work Schedule**

* Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* Saturday off
* Jewish holidays observed
* Occasional overtime when needed

**Tools**

* Microsoft Teams
* WhatsApp
* Teramind (required during work hours)

**Pay**

* $4/hour first 60 days
* $5/hour after 60 days based on performance
* Paid biweekly (Mondays)
