We're expanding fast and looking for a resourceful, fast-moving, detail-obsessed Account Manager to join our growing team of A-players.
This isn’t a “sit-back-and-wait” role. This is for someone who thrives in a structured but fast-paced environment, loves talking to people, and knows how to make things move.
What You’ll Do (aka Your Core Role)
You’ll be the communication bridge between the client and the pod team. That means you’ll:
Manage daily communication with clients via Slack or
Maintain and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM (campaigns, pipelines, automation)
Troubleshoot issues with lead tracking, form submissions, or automation
Organize and maintain our internal tracking sheets and dashboards
Edit GoHighLevel pages and
Support in ad account checks, pausing campaigns, or making quick edits
Ensure the client knows what’s going on—and that the pod is always 2 steps ahead
Prepare weekly performance reports for the Strategist to present
Tools You Must Know
GoHighLevel (CRM, automations, form building, workflows, pipelines,
Slack (for team communication)
Notion or ClickUp (for task tracking)
Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (basic understanding of ad setup/editing)
Canva (light editing), Zapier (basic automations) – bonus
Who You Are
A natural communicator who loves clarity and hates delays
Extremely organized and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do
Comfortable using GoHighLevel in and out
Can handle multiple clients at once without dropping the ball
Bonus: You’ve worked with a digital marketing or ads agency before
Bonus: You’re confident editing text/images inside GHL pages or duplicating ads
