ClickUp Project Coordinator

Casa Ventura Creative Studio is looking for a Part-Time ClickUp Project Manager to join our team and help us stay ahead of our game!

About the Role:

As our ClickUp Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the backbone of our operations, making sure tasks are clearly outlined, deadlines are met, and tea ---------- mbers have everything they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Organization: Set up and maintain detailed project plans in ClickUp, ensuring tasks are properly assigned, deadlines are clear, and dependencies are accounted for.

Workflow Optimization: Continuously improve and streamline processes within ClickUp for maximum efficiency and team productivity.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure tasks are completed on time, and identify roadblocks that may hinder progress.

Task Management: Monitor task progress, follow up on overdue items, and ensure all tea ---------- mbers are staying on track.

Reporting & Updates: Provide regular project status updates to leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Training & Support: Train tea ---------- mbers on ClickUp best practices and ensure everyone is comfortable using the platform effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience with ClickUp: You MUST BE a VERIFIED ClickUp PRO and know how to set up workflows, automate processes, and manage projects within the platform.

Project Management Skills: You have 2+ years of experience managing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Highly Organized: You live for lists, deadlines, and keeping everything in order. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with other tools like Canva, Flodesk, & obviously - CLICKUP!

Strong Communication: You’re proactive in your communication, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Part-Time Availability: You can dedicate 20-35 hours per week to this role, with flexible availability to meet deadlines.
