Description:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, ClickUp-savvy virtual assistant to help structure and maintain our business operations, calendars, and launch workflows. You’ll manage recurring tasks, update pipelines, and assist with organizing a 60-day challenge for a travel + wellness CEO.
Responsibilities:
Setup and maintain ClickUp boards, recurring tasks, and dashboards
Calendar and deadline management across retreats, Skool, and events
Assist in funnel tracking: leads, inquiries, and weekly reports
Tag tea
Create an onboarding process for incoming tea
Create a working balance sheet + cash flow model to get from red to black by July and profitable by August
Implement cost-reduction strategies and process optimization
Must-Haves:
Experience with ClickUp or similar PM tools
Excellent attention to detail and documentation
Fluent in English
Highly reliable with weekly check-in capability
Preferred:
Familiarity with Skool, Google Calendar, and Airtable
Experience building onboarding SOPs
