About Us
We run a growing fashion e-commerce business with multiple Shopify stores serving the UK, US and other English-speaking markets. We acquire customers through paid advertising and grow by optimising the backend of the business: conversion, average order value, customer service, logistics and fraud/chargeback prevention.
We move fast and we are heavily systems- and data-driven. As we scale, a lot of repetitive work across our tools can be automated — and that's where you come in.
What You'll Do
You will work directly alongside the founder to design and build automations for our day-to-day operations using Claude Code. This is a hands-on, collaborative role — not a "take a brief and disappear" job. We'll plan together, you build, we test and improve.
Examples of what we want to automate:

Pulling and combining data across our tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, ad platforms, tracking and dispute tools) into clean reports and dashboards
Customer service workflows and SOP automation (order issues, delivery updates, refunds, disputes)
Repetitive store and marketing tasks (product/offer setup, email flow management, data cleanups)
Scripts and small internal tools that save us hours every week

You don't need to already know our exact tools — but you must be genuinely strong with Claude Code and comfortable wiring up APIs and automations.
Must-Have Skills

Real, demonstrable experience with Claude Code (please describe what you've actually built with it)
Comfortable writing and debugging scripts (Python, JavaScript/Node, or similar)
Experience working with APIs and webhooks (connecting tools that don't natively talk to each other)
Able to take a rough idea and turn it into a working automation with minimal hand-holding
Clear written English and reliable, responsive communication

Nice to Have

Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or e-commerce tooling
Experience with no-code/low-code automation (Make, Zapier, n8n)
A background in e-commerce or dropshipping operations
