About the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-directed Virtual Assistant who is fully proficient in Claude Code and Cowork. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where you are expected to independently build, manage, and deliver real outputs using these tools — no hand-holding required.
You will work on a variety of projects, including dashboards, presentations, websites, integration fulfillment, and automation workflows. If you love building things and thrive without micromanagement, this role is for you.

What you'll do:
Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Claude Code and Cowork
Design and develop websites and landing pages independently
Create polished presentations and reports for clients and internal use
Build integration between tools, platforms, and APIs
Automate workflows and streamline processes using AI-powered tools
Manage tasks and deliverables independently with minimal supervision

What we're looking for:
Full proficiency in Claude Code and Cowork — you must be able to demonstrate real work you have built using these tools
Fully self-directed — able to take a task and run with it without constant guidance
Strong portfolio of outputs: dashboards, websites, presentations, integration, or automatons built in Claude
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a stable remote work setup
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines consistently

Compensation:
Paid hourly — rate based on experience and skills demonstrated during the application process
Flexible hours — results matter more than schedules
