# Job Title: Claude AI Automation Engineer / AI Skills Developer



We are seeking an experienced Claude AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered skills, agents, and workflows that automate core business processes. The ideal candidate has deep expertise with Claude, prompt engineering, AI agent development, API integrations, workflow automation, and business process optimization.

This role will be responsible for transforming manual operational tasks into intelligent, scalable AI systems that improve productivity, reduce costs, and accelerate business growth.

## Key Responsibilities

### AI Skill & Agent Development

* Design and develop custom Claude-powered skills, agents, and workflows.
* Create reusable AI components that automate repetitive business processes.
* Build AI assistants capable of handling complex business tasks with minimal human intervention.
* Develop multi-step reasoning workflows and agentic systems.

### Business Process Automation

* Analyze existing business operations and identify automation opportunities.
* Automate workflows across sales, marketing, operations, customer service, finance, and administration.
* Build systems that can execute tasks, make decisions, generate reports, and trigger actions automatically.
* Design end-to-end automated workflows with measurable ROI.

### Integration & Systems Development

* Integrate Claude with internal tools, databases, CRMs, project management systems, and third-party APIs.
* Connect AI workflows to platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, and custom applications.
* Implement secure data handling and governance practices.

### Prompt Engineering & Optimization

* Develop advanced prompt frameworks and system prompts.
* Optimize AI performance for accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.
* Create testing frameworks and evaluation processes.
* Continuously improve automation effectiveness through experimentation and monitoring.

### Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

* Document all workflows, prompts, architecture, and deployment procedures.
* Create SOPs for maintaining and scaling AI automations.
* Train internal stakeholders on the use of deployed systems.

## Required Qualifications

* Proven experience building production-grade solutions using Claude.
* Strong understanding of AI agents, tool use, function calling, and workflow orchestration.
* Experience with API integrations and automation platforms.
* Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
* Experience with workflow tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent platforms.
* Knowledge of databases, webhooks, REST APIs, and cloud deployment.
* Ability to translate business requirements into automated AI solutions.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience implementing AI systems for small and mid-sized businesses.
* Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
* Experience building internal AI knowledge bases.
* Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementations.
* Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and multi-model architectures.
* Background in process improvement or business operations.
