Claude AI Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Claude AI Automation Engineer who can design and deploy advanced AI automation systems using the Claude ecosystem, including Claude agents, Claude Co-Work, MCPs, Claude Skills, and custom API integrations.

This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands the Claude AI ecosystem and can leverage it for automation, programming, AI agents, and intelligent workflow orchestration to turn our company agentic.

Role Overview:
The Claude AI Automation Engineer will architect and implement AI-driven automation systems using Claude AI and related technologies. This individual will help transform manual workflows into intelligent systems that can reason, execute tasks, and continuously improve operations.

You will work closely with leadership, engineering, and operations teams to build scalable AI infrastructure that supports automation across departments.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows using Claude AI
• Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and task execution
• Build automation systems that connect internal tools, APIs, and databases
• Implement Claude Co-Work environments to enhance team productivity
• Develop scripts and applications that integrate Claude with internal systems
• Build agentic workflows that can monitor, analyze, and execute operational tasks
• Optimize Claude prompts, reasoning chains, and memory structures
• Integrate Claude with automation platforms and orchestration tools
• Create internal AI tools that assist with documentation, analysis, and operations
• Identify opportunities across the company where AI can eliminate manual work
• Build scalable frameworks for AI-driven operations
• Maintain security and governance standards when deploying AI systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Deep experience working with Claude AI and the Anthropic ecosystem
• Strong understanding of AI agent architectures and autonomous workflows
• Experience building AI automation pipelines

Proficiency in programming languages such as:
• Python
• JavaScript / Node.js
• Experience with API integrations and automation platforms
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, reasoning chains, and agent memory models
• Experience building or deploying multi-agent AI systems
• Strong problem-solving and system architecture skills

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with AI workflow automation tools
• Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom automation frameworks
• Experience building AI copilots or AI operational assistants

Knowledge of cloud environments such as:
• Microsoft Azure
• AWS
• Google Cloud
• Experience integrating AI into business operations and internal systems
