Circle.so Community Manager & Tech VA (Part-Time, Long-Term)

Hi! I’m looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me set up and manage my Circle.so membership community. This is a part-time role to start, with potential for long-term work if it’s a great fit. The setup needs to happen asap so I need someone to start right away. Because of that, knowing how to use Circle.so is REQUIRED. Please do not apply if you do not know how to use circle.so as I need this community launched in next 2 weeks.

I run a sleep consulting business that supports parents of babies and toddlers. Our paid membership includes coaching calls, sleep plan libraries, and resources — and I want our online space to feel like a calm, supportive “village” for tired parents. ????

Experience required:
- Community moderation, engagement, and management
- CIRCLE.SO
- English skills fluent and advanced in writing and verbal.

???? What you’ll help with:
Setup Phase:
- Build out our Circle community with organized space groups and spaces
- Set permissions for free vs. paid content
- Create tags (free member / paid member) and apply automations
- Upload videos, PDFs, and sleep guides
- Help set up onboarding flow
- Customize icons, layout, and welcome space to match our brand

Ongoing Monthly Tasks:
- Upload replays from coaching calls
- Post PDFs, new resources, and content
- Moderate member questions (tag me when needed)
- Schedule weekly prompts (like “Win Wednesday”)
- Help with light tech troubleshooting inside the platform
