The Job at a Glance
The Business Development Chief of Staff is expected to be a self-starter, and will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex programs across various departments to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. He or she will work closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and executives to develop and implement program strategies, drive change management, and improve processes to enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will impact the strategy and execution for AnsibleHealth's growth and partnership operations, clinical operations, and technology initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate growth team activities and communications including meeting preparation and follow-up when requested.
- Quickly design and draft marketing and communication materials, with a required mastery of Google Slides without constant supervision.
- Work independently on projects through the full life cycle, overseeing clinical, operational, and technology aspects. Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Establish program governance structures and processes, including risk management, issue management, and change management, specifically tailored to the needs of the clinical, operations, and technology teams.
- Monitor and report on program progress, status, and performance to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met.

- Continuously identify and mitigate program risks and issues to minimize impact on program timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate program-related meetings and workshops
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive program success and identify opportunities for program expansion or improvement.
- Continuously assess program performance and implement process improvements to enhance overall program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to our operations to ensure we're ready to scale.
- Anticipate issues and propose solutions, manage dependencies and cross-functional issues and identify the need to develop or improve tools/processes.
- Collaborate and steer internal teams, specifically Marketing, Engineering, Program Management, and Clinical Operations to ensure our processes are well designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable to be in a constantly changing role with a high level of ambiguity - as we are a fast-moving startup operating in an ever-evolving environment. He or she should have excellent analytical, communication and management skills to succeed in this role.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Required Qualifications and competencies
- Four years or more of relevant professional experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Confidence communicating externally with a focus on client-centered communication.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a health-related field.
- Technologically savvy, with expert level skills on Google Workspace with a particular emphasis on Google Slides
- Basic knowledge of the US healthcare system.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic and energetic attitude with initiative to take on leadership roles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as the position will include coordination of multiple internal and external stakeholder schedules.
- Highly detail-oriented, has strong time management skills, and has the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
