Subscriber Growth Initiatives: Implement innovative opt-in campaigns and leverage Behiiv's tools for subscriber acquisition. Collaborate with influencers and utilize SEO and social media strategies to increase our subscriber base.

Engagement & Retention: Personalize content for different audience segments and maintain an ongoing feedback loop with subscribers. Use analytics to measure and enhance engagement.

Monetization Through Advertising: Develop and market advertising packages to potential advertisers in the fitness, travel, gaming, and pet industries. Create a comprehensive media kit and track ad performance for continuous improvement.

Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with legal standards and prioritize subscriber privacy and data security.

Scalability Planning: Continuously explore opportunities to expand content offerings and form strategic partnerships for growth.
Community Building & Continuous Improvement: Engage with our audience beyond emails to build a strong community. Stay informed about trends in relevant industries and email marketing to refine our strategy.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital content creation and email marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, social media strategies, and email marketing tools, preferably Behiiv.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
Experience in developing and executing subscriber growth and retention strategies.
Knowledge in monetizing email platforms through targeted advertising.
