JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand currently spending $20k/day on paid ads and scaling aggressively. We are looking for a Checkout Champ developer who can move fast, build high-converting funnels, and understands subscription (MRR) brands.

This is not a basic “build a page” role. You will be working directly with a founder who understands direct response and testing. Your job is to execute quickly, improve funnels, and help us scale to $50k/day+ in ad spend.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and optimize Checkout Champ funnels (landing pages, checkout flows, upsells)
Integrate Checkout Champ with existing Shopify product pages
Set up and manage subscription flows (MRR offers, VIP memberships, physical subscriptions)
Create high-converting checkout experiences (order bumps, bundles, upsells)
Clone and adapt winning landing pages into our niche quickly (24–48 hour turnaround)
Work on post-purchase flows to increase AOV and LTV
Ensure proper tracking setup (Meta Pixel, CAPI, event accuracy)
Improve page speed and mobile UX

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience with Checkout Champ (this is required)
Experience building subscription/MRR funnels (Shopify alone is NOT enough)
Ability to move fast and ship without hand-holding
Understanding of direct response marketing and conversion optimization
Experience working with brands spending $5k+/day on ads (preferably higher)
Ability to recreate and improve existing high-performing funnels
Strong attention to detail (especially with checkout flows and subscription logic)

Important (Read Carefully):

To be considered, you MUST include:

Examples of Checkout Champ funnels you have built
A short Loom video (2–5 minutes) breaking down:
One funnel you worked on
What made it convert
What you would improve

If you do not include a Loom, you will not be considered.

Nice to Have:

Experience with aggressive/direct-response brands
Experience with upsell flows and AOV optimization
Understanding of compliance around subscriptions (pre-checked boxes, disclosures, etc.)

Compensation:

Full-time role
Competitive base + performance bonuses

Final Note:

We move fast. If you’re someone who overcomplicates or takes weeks to ship, this is not the role for you.
