Chat Support

We are looking for a highly motivated Chat Support Representative to assist potential customers via Messenger and sms. Your main role is to handle inquiries, provide accurate information about our motorcycle rentals, and convert leads into sales by offering excellent service and persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Messenger or SMS.
Provide detailed information on motorcycle rental options, pricing, and policies.
Persuade and encourage potential customers to proceed with bookings.
Address customer concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Follow up with leads to increase conversions and improve customer retention.
Confirm reservations and availability.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
Suggest improvements to enhance the chat support experience and increase sales.

Qualifications:
Experience in sales and customer support (preferably in chat support or online sales).
Good written communication skills in English and Filipino.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into bookings.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations efficiently.
A proactive and customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
Experience in the motorcycle rental industry or related fields is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
