Chargeback Manager Dropshipping shopify

We are looking for an experienced Chargeback Manager to join our team and take full responsibility for managing and fighting chargebacks across our Shopify dropshipping fashion stores.

We currently operate around 15 fashion webshops, and chargebacks come in on a daily basis. We need someone who can monitor disputes, collect strong evidence, and submit professional responses to banks and payment processors to maximize our win rate.

This is a role for someone who truly understands the ins and outs of chargebacks in Shopify dropshipping and knows exactly how to handle disputes effectively.

Responsibilities

Monitor incoming chargebacks daily across multiple Shopify stores

Investigate disputes and identify the reason codes

Collect and organize strong evidence (tracking details, customer communication, policies, order confirmations, etc.)

Prepare and submit chargeback responses to banks and payment processors

Maintain organized documentation for all disputes

Work proactively to reduce future chargebacks by identifying patterns and problems

Communicate clearly with our team about dispute status and outcomes

Requirements

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Proven experience handling chargebacks for Shopify dropshipping stores

Strong understanding of payment processors and dispute systems

Previous experience in fashion dropshipping is highly preferred

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Proactive mindset — someone who takes ownership and gets results

A true chargeback “killer” who knows how to win disputes

Compensation

This role is commission-based, meaning you will earn based on performance and successful dispute management. You will get a base fee, but the rest of the payment is based on the winning chargebacks
