We seek for a detail-oriented and highly organized Trucking and Logistics Coordinator to join our team, Ideally with experience in Trucking and Logistics.

Every potential candidate should posses strong problem-solving skills,, and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

*Key Responsibilities:* - Manage and track shipments from suppliers to our warehouse, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate border crossing logistics, ensuring compliance with customs and import/export regulations.
- Oversee cross-country shipping within the EU and transatlantic logistics between the USA and the UK.
- Communicate with freight carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipping schedules, update stakeholders, and troubleshoot any logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, freight management, and / or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and border crossing logistics.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers, trucking companies, and customs officials.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in logistics management tools, tracking software, and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of EU, UK, and US shipping regulations is an advantage.
