Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to lead our financial operations. This individual will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting while ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a results-driven financial expert with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

>Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning with business goals and objectives.
>Accounting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations (GAAP/IFRS) and tax requirements.
>Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while maintaining business growth.
>Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders.
>Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

>CPA certification required; MBA or CFA is a plus.
>Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior financial leadership role.
>Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
>Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
>Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities and deep understanding about the workflow.
