GH Logistics is a growing freight brokerage and asset-based logistics company specializing in dry van and reefer freight. Our strength comes from reliable carrier partnerships, disciplined execution, and scalable capacity across the U.S.
As our network continues to expand, we’re looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to help us build strong, long-term relationships with carriers and support clean, on-time freight execution. Role Overview
This role combines carrier network expansion and load coverage execution.
Carrier Development (Network Growth)
You will be responsible for:
• Reach out to 20-50 carriers daily to introduce GH Logistics
• Verify carriers for insurance, authority, safety, and compliance
• Complete carrier onboarding and setup documentation
• Educate carriers on our lanes and freight opportunities
• Position carriers for repeat, long-term business, not one time loads
• Create at least 1 group chat per onboarded carrier daily
• Send mass
• Maintain organized activity tracking and communication logs
Carrier Sales (Coverage & Execution)
• Cover shipments using GH approved carriers
• Source capacity through calls, load boards, and existing contacts
• Book at least 1 load through approved carriers
• Secure at least 1 dedicated lane per week through repeat carrier usage
• Manage carrier communication through structured group chats
• Follow up to create recurring lane opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets daily with accurate activity data
What Success Looks Like
• Consistent 20-50 calls daily
• At least 5 quality carriers onboarded and activated regularly
• Carriers are fully set up, connected, and positioned for repeat freight
• Loads covered on time with clean communication
• Communication is centralized, documented, and reliable
• Carriers move from onboarding to activation to recurring usage
Who We’re Looking For
• Have experience in Carrier Sales, Dispatch, Freight Brokerage, or Trucking Operations
• Comfortable making 20 - 50 outbound calls per day
• Highly organized, tech savvy, and able to manage multiple spreadsheets and group chats
• Type at least 50 WPM
• Thrives in a fast paced and high urgency freight environment
• Communicate professionally via phone, chat, and
• Performance driven and KPI oriented
• Capable of leading structured carrier conversations and daily meetings
• Follows instructions consistently and executes with precision
• Team oriented, coachable, and open to feedback without ego
Schedule & Work Setup
• Full Time | Monday Friday
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (San Antonio time)
• Must work U.S. business hours
• Collaborative Zoom based work environment (with camera open and unmuted audio)
• Time tracking software used for accountability and performance support
Compensation & Growth
• Additional commission structure tied to load booking and carrier sales performance
• Performance Incentives: Based on carrier onboarding, activation, and load execution
• Career Path: Load Coordinator ? Senior Load Coordinator ? Account Manager

Commission may be earned through:
• Covering loads beyond weekly quota expectations
• Developing carrier relationships that generate consistent lane coverage
• Building partnerships with larger carriers that contribute long term capacity value
• Creating dedicated lane opportunities through repeat carrier usage and relationship management
