About the Role:
As a Care Advisor, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for families exploring care options. You’ll guide them through the decision-making process while using HubSpot automation and email marketing to stay engaged, educate, and convert leads into clients. It’s part consultative sales, part marketing, and 100% people-focused.

What You Bring:
• 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, care advising, or case management
• Proven experience using HubSpot CRM — especially with automation and email sequences
• Solid understanding of email marketing and nurturing campaigns
• Excellent listening and communication skills — both written and verbal
• Empathy-driven mindset with a strong desire to help families
• Bonus: Experience in senior care, healthcare, or working with aging populations
