Canva Design Expert for Facebook Ads

We produce high-performance paid social campaigns and scroll-stopping creatives to drive more customers and users for our clients' courses, programs and educational products.

We've worked with over 70 education brands in 19 countries and our goal is to become THE agency that the education niche comes to when they want to scale with Social Ads. ????

We’re looking for a Canva Design Expert (full-time) to execute on our marketing initiatives and help with our client projects.

The ideal candidate is versatile, creative and has experience working at a marketing agency.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:

- You're an integral part of the creative team, designing and editing static image assets for client Meta campaigns, making edits, creating ratios for existing assets etc. using Canva.

- Create and schedule social media content, short-form TikTok/Reels videos & graphics representative of our agency/founder across Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels in order to attract leads and build brand awareness.

- Create proposals, presentations, mock ups, templates, banners, graphics and digital products for the agency using Canva.

- You always stay "on top of your game" when it comes to new Instagram/TikTok video trends, editing best practices and can continue to grow through courses and further education.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 2-3 years experience working at a fast-paced marketing agency (or similar company) in a marketing/social media management/creative role.

- Outstanding skills & know-how with Canva. You know all the shortcuts, tricks and how to get the most out of the software.

- Some copywriting experience (ads, newsletters, posts, blogs etc.) an advantage.

- Exceptional attention to detail. Naturally you triple-check everything across every aspect of crafting and executing ideas.

- You're an excellent communicator. Overcommunication is a core value of ours.

- Must be native-level in English, both written and spoken.
