Canva & ActiveCampaign Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ActiveCampaign Specialist to elevate our email marketing strategies and visual content efforts. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for wellness. As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering impactful communication that resonates with our audience while working alongside a company dedicated to holistic growth and mindful practices.

Core Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns. Configure automations, forms, and tags using ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.
* Create visually engaging banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials using Canva, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.
* Craft compelling captions, post interactive content, and engage with the community to strengthen connections.
* Work closely with the team to refine content for promotions, updates, and events, ensuring consistency with our brand values.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience using ActiveCampaign or similar email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
* Proficiency in Canva for creating polished, brand-aligned visuals.
* Proven experience in email marketing and digital content creation.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaigns and visual assets.
* Ability to take initiative, troubleshoot problems, and adapt in dynamic environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bonus Skills:
* Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Vid) to produce engaging short-form social media content with subtitles.
* Hands-on experience managing social media marketing campaigns, particularly in the wellness space.
* Background knowledge of wellness practices like sound healing or Reiki (a plus but not required).

Preferred Experience:
* Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
* Experience overseeing campaigns in yoga, wellness, or related industries (preferred but not mandatory).
* A track record of long-term roles in virtual assistant or similar positions, showcasing stability and reliability.
